Rick Tullius

Richard L. Tullius, 51, passed away Sept. 30, 1999, at home.

Rick was born August 17, 1948, in Norman to Carol J. and Ernestine Ellis Tullius. He attended St. Joseph's Catholic School and graduated from Norman High School in 1966. Rick was a student at the University of Oklahoma when he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps to serve his country in Vietnam.

He was a fine guitarist. His first band was The Cascades, and he spent many wonderful hours playing for family and friends. He spent the last several years working with Palladium Entertainment.

Rick was survived by his mother, Ernestine, and brother, Gary Tullius, both of Norman; and Lindy Vaughn, of the home. He leaves behind a large number of relatives and friends. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Carol and brother, Jimmy Dean. His grave is at St. Joseph's Cemetery (IOOF) in Norman.
